Loan to purchase Truck, equipment and training for Energy Efficiency (EE) work and Solar energy (SE) work

Details

Currently Sustainergy is striving to find ways to pay their workers better wages and to grow it EE line and expand to Solar energy.

This loan would enable the purchase a lightly used box truck, insulation machines and equipment, a seat-down forklift, site lift for solar panels, install a small solar array in our building for training purposes and certification/training for 3 workers.

This assets will help Sustainergy to complement its existing EE line with SE as our clients are already thinking on reducing their energy bills when they contact us.

Revenue is projected to grow to $866,000 and net to $77,000 due to being able to do around 2 installs a day instead of 1. Moreover, overhead expenses will be a smaller percentage of our budget (40% reduction)

Short term goals:
- Get unique niche on smart solar (EE and solar)
-Increase benefits and wages for our workers from 10% - 25% compared to our EE wages in 2020 (possible incentives for ownership, in higher-wage work?)
-Make energy more affordable for working class people and reduce our clients’ carbon footprint
-Hire 1 or 2 additional workers
